Common statement of PUK and Gorran Movement

Formal Announcement
Today (Wednesday), April
29, 2020, a delegation of Gorran Movement visited the political bureau of
Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in Sulaimany. The goal of that visit is to
congratulation for the forth congress of PUK and the selection of the new
leading council.
During that meeting, the
political situations inside the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, and also the
challenges of political and administrative process have been discussed.
Both sides reconfirmed to
provide salary and improve the life of people. And they confirmed that, in
order to face coronavirus, the implementation of health instructions is
necessary.
About inside the region,
enhancing the bilateral relationship and relation with the other political
parties, supporting the three main powers, who have formed the government, and
the meeting of all parties have been talked.
In the other part of
meeting, the danger of ISIS and its activities on the border of disputed areas
have been discussed and they confirmed on the protection of people of those
areas.
