Ministry of Construction and Housing: the employees’ salary will not be changed

The minister of construction and hosting of the Kurdistan Region government reiterated that the salary of Kurdistan employees will not be changed, and the priority of the government currently is to provide salary.

“In the latest of its meeting, the government decided to approve the facilitation of the reform law implementation”, said Dana Abdwlkarim, the minister of construction and hosting.

“The government also will not change the salary of employees and currently the priority of its affairs is to provide salary,” he said.
He also pointed that the government decided to reduce the operative expenses of its ministries and institutions in order to give the priority to the employees’ salary.
